超高分子量聚乙烯钢骨架复合耐磨管(以下简称SRUP)是以超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)内管为基体,以粘接树脂包覆处理后的高强度钢丝左右连续螺旋缠绕成型的网状骨架为增强体,高密度聚乙烯作为保护层,用粘接树脂将基体、增强体、保护层紧密连接成一体,通过熔融复合成型的复合管。

The matrixreinforcement andprotective layer are tightly connected with adhesive resinand are formedby melting composite.
UHMWPE内管严格按照采用黏均分子量M大于300万的挤出类UHMWPE 基础树脂为主,各种添加剂不大于5%的配方及非熔融加工工艺,挤出速度不大于1.1m/h,最大限度地保证了耐磨性能,确保了UHMWPE内管性能符合《超高分子量聚乙烯管材》QB/T2668.1-2017要求。与输送介质接触的为UHMWPE内管,使得SRUP具有耐磨损、耐腐蚀、自润滑、不结垢、摩擦系数极低、输送能耗低等UHMWPE的优异性能。当输送对管道内壁特定圆周方向产生严重不均匀磨损介质时,可选用UHMWPE内管为偏心管的SRUP,经济实用、使用寿命长、节能环保。钢塑复合,高强度钢丝承担了70%左右的内压载荷,SRUP 承压能力高、流通面积大、摩阻系数极低、水力特性极为优异,节能环保。粘合型热塑性塑料复合管,剥离强度达到CJ/T189-2007要求,外层为聚乙烯管道专用料,主要采用电热熔连接,方便快捷,安全可靠。
