YCBC型磁力泵适用于石化行业工艺流程中输送不含固体颗粒和纤维，温度不高于250℃，粘度为5～1500cst的有 润滑性的流体。对于有腐蚀性或对卫生要求比较高的场合可以选用不锈钢材质的泵。The YCBC magnetic pump is suitable for conveying non-solid particle and fiber-free fluids with a temperature not exceeding 250°C and a viscosity of 5 to 1500 cSt in the process flow of the petrochemical industry. For corrosive or high-hygiene requirements, pumps made of stainless steel can be selected.
YCBC型磁力泵的齿轮为圆弧齿轮，是与上海交通大学联合设计并研制的具有 水平的新产品。齿轮的啮合为一点连续接触的滚动式啮合，无流量脉动，运转平稳，振动小，噪声低。该产品广泛应用于造船、电力、冶金、粮油、食品、石油、化工等各行业。The gear of the YCBC magnetic pump is an arc gear, which is a new product jointly designed and developed with Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The gear meshing is a rolling type continuous contact at one point, without flow pulsation, smooth operation, low vibration, and low noise. This product is widely used in shipbuilding, power, metallurgy, grain and oil, food, petroleum, chemical industry, and other industries.
一、技术规范: I. Technical Specifications:
流量范围： 0.6m3/H ～ 80m3/H;Flow range: 0.6 m³/h ~ 80 m³/h;
额定排出压力： 0.6MPa ;Rated discharge pressure: 0.6 MPa;
高使用温度： < 250℃.High operating temperature: < 250°C.
二、应用范围： II. Application Scope:
在输油系统中可用作传输，增压泵；Can be used as a transmission, booster pump in the oil delivery system;
在燃油系统中可用作输送，加压，喷射的燃油泵；Can be used as a fuel pump for conveying, pressurizing, and injecting in the fuel system;
在液压传动系统中可用作提供液压动力的液压泵；Can be used as a hydraulic pump to provide hydraulic power in the hydraulic transmission system;
在 工业中，均可作为机械设备的润滑油泵用。In the industry, they can all be used as lubricating oil pumps for mechanical equipment.
三、结构特点： III. Structural Features:
(1)泵内所有运转部件利用输送介质润滑；(1) All moving parts inside the pump are lubricated by the conveying medium.
(2)设有 阀超载保护；(2) Equipped with a valve overload protection;
(3)磁传动装置采用稀土永磁材料，全密封，无泄露， 。(3) The magnetic transmission device adopts rare earth permanent magnet materials, fully sealed with no leakage.
